Winning ticket -- 523

RGS conducted the drawing of the 2009-10 national raffle on June 30, 2010.
This was for a “Baby Frame” Model 21, 28 gauge side by side shotgun
made by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Co. in the Winchester tradition!

The winning number was 523 sold by regional director Bruce Wojcik via the Flint MI banquet.

The winner is Ben Robbins of River Forest, IL.
